Lancy, one of Geneva's most populated municipalities, wanted to launch its own cable TV channel — a local, community-driven broadcast service reaching residents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The challenge was substantial: building an entire broadcast operation from scratch, without an in-house media team, without established workflows, and with the expectation of continuous, professional-grade output.
They needed a partner who could not only set up the technical and editorial machinery, but also run it day-to-day — maintaining quality, relevance, and local identity simultaneously.
"A channel that would feel genuinely local, not like a corporate broadcast transplanted into a community setting."
We designed and delivered a complete media operation for Lancy TV — from editorial strategy and content planning to technical infrastructure and on-air presentation. Our approach was to build a system that would be sustainable, scalable, and rooted in the community it served.
Lancy TV launched on schedule and immediately became a reference point for civic communication in the region — covering municipal events, local stories, and community milestones that no other outlet prioritised.
This engagement is a model example of our Operation & Media Management practice — a full-spectrum partnership where we act as a seamless extension of the client's organisation.
